Free design previewThe building blocks of a shop front
A shop front sign is rarely just one sign. A coherent frontage usually has four building blocks, and we plan them together:
- Fascia panel: the panel above the shop window, usually aluminium composite in your brand colour. It forms the calm background for everything else.
- Logo and lettering: printed straight onto the fascia, applied as flat cut acrylic letters, or as illuminated letters that glow at night.
- A second signal: a projecting sign at right angles to the building, so people walking along the pavement see you too.
- Windows and door: opening hours, logo and decorative vinyl that pick up the fascia design.

- Send a photo and your logo: a straight-on daylight photo of the frontage, one measurement of the sign area and your logo, ideally as a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG).
- Free design preview: we place the sign to scale on your photo, so you can judge size, position and lighting before anything is made.
- Quote: with dimensions, materials and a firm delivery date.
- Approval and production: nothing is made until you approve.
- Delivery and installation: everything arrives with fixings and instructions. Illuminated parts are connected by a qualified electrician. If you don't have an installer, we can help you find one near you.
Photos that really help us
- Stand opposite and photograph the frontage as straight-on as you can, not at an angle.
- Get the whole front in the frame, with a little margin left and right.
- Measure the width and height of the area where the sign will go. One accurate measurement is often enough to work out the rest from the photo.
- Show us where the nearest power supply is, if the sign is going to light up.
Remember planning, too: many councils require advertisement consent for fascia signs, especially illuminated ones. We supply a dimensioned drawing and a visual for your application.
