How does the design preview work?
You send us your text, logo or idea. We turn it into a free digital preview of your neon sign – production only begins once you approve it.
Can I send my logo?
Yes. Describe your design on the design preview page and upload your logo directly in the form – we turn it into a custom neon sign.
Which colours are available?
From warm white to pink and ice blue through to red, orange, green and purple – multicolour (RGB) with remote control is also available on request.
How is the sign mounted?
Depending on the surface: with spacers, adhesive mounting or hanging. Suitable mounting hardware is included.
Is a remote control included?
Many of our LED neon signs are dimmable and can be controlled by remote. We confirm the exact options with your enquiry.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the design and destination. We share your estimated delivery time along with your design preview.
Are the signs suitable for businesses?
Yes. Many of our signs are made for salons, cafés, restaurants, offices and studios – as a logo, lettering or symbol.
Can I order a symbol or graphic?
Yes. Alongside text, we also create symbols and graphics – from a coffee cup to your own icon.
