Our signs are made from modern LED neon (neon flex) on precisely cut acrylic glass. They give a warm, even glow, are energy-efficient and long-lasting – with no fragile glass and no hot surfaces. You get the classic neon look in a safe, modern design.

Simply share your idea with us – your text, logo or artwork along with size, colour and font. You can do this directly in our online configurator or via our design request. We then create your personal design preview. Production only starts once you give your approval.

Yes. You receive a free digital design preview before production (preview before production). You can fine-tune colours, font and size until everything is just right – with no obligation and no risk.

Once you approve your design, we usually craft your neon sign within around 7–10 working days, plus shipping time. As every sign is made by hand just for you, timings can vary slightly depending on size and complexity.

Yes. We deliver across Germany – carefully and securely packaged. Your sign arrives ready to install, with mounting hardware included.

Our neon signs are primarily designed for indoor use. Depending on the configuration, splash-proof versions are possible for sheltered outdoor areas (under a roof, for example). They are not built for permanent, direct exposure to the weather. If you are planning outdoor use, get in touch beforehand – we will advise you on the right configuration.

Depending on your configuration, the brightness of your neon sign can be adjusted. Options such as a dimmer or remote control can be added – depending on the setup you choose. You will see which options are available for your sign while designing it.

Depending on your configuration, different mounting options are available – for example wall mounting with spacers, or hanging. We include the matching mounting hardware and instructions, so you can put up your sign yourself without any hassle.

Your neon signs run on an energy-efficient low-voltage LED power adapter and come with an EU plug. Simply plug the sign into a standard socket – done.

You can choose from various sizes and adjust the dimensions in the configurator to suit your space. Individual custom sizes are available on request – just get in touch if you are planning something special.

Gently wipe your neon sign with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Unplug it before cleaning and avoid aggressive or abrasive cleaning products. That way your sign will stay beautiful for a long time.

As all neon signs are made to order to your specifications, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB). Once the design is approved and production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or changed – please check your details carefully before confirming. If your sign arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. You can find all the details in our refund policy.
