Product description

Celebrating on the water puts decor in a difficult spot: everything has to be light, everything has to stay put, and the wind takes any paper garland with it.

That is exactly why a light sign works so well on board. “The Bakers” weighs barely more than a picture frame, can be fixed to the railing with two cable ties or to a cabin wall with the included kit, and stays where you put it – even once the yacht picks up speed.

Light that beats the dusk

As soon as the sun drops behind the coastline the deck goes dark and cameras give up. The lettering then supplies enough light of its own that your guests stay recognisable in every shot – no flash, no harsh shadows.

Write your own

Instead of “The Bakers” you can enter your own surname, the name of the boat or the date. Colour, font and width are set in the configurator; cool white and pale blue sit well with maritime tones.

Assembly and shipping

The sign is built from flexible LED neon tubing on clear acrylic and comes with a dimmable power supply, clear feed cable and mounting hardware. Delivery including production: around 2–3 weeks within Germany. Two years warranty on electronics and workmanship.

A reception sign built for life on deck

Light changes fast at sea, and once the coastline drops below the horizon every camera is relying on something other than daylight, which is exactly the gap “The Bakers” fills without needing a generator. Even once the boat is moored, the sign keeps working as a marker for guests arriving later.

  • Works equally well clipped to the railing or mounted inside the cabin.
  • Handles light chop at sea without its fittings coming loose.
  • Doubles as a meeting point when guests scatter across the deck.
  • Shrugs off salt air better than unprotected paper decor.
  • Typeface, tone and line breaks are entirely up to you.
