Product description

Raw timber, straw, beams: a barn wedding brings plenty of texture but very little light.

Warm white on wood

“The Richters” leans against a pallet here and takes on both jobs – decor and light source. On rough-sawn timber warm white looks most coherent because it picks up the yellow tones of the boards. Cool white, by contrast, turns wood grey.

Stood up rather than hung

In barns, drilling is often not allowed. That is why leaning the sign against a pallet, a ladder or a hay bale is usually the most practical option – and it can be moved during the party in ten seconds.

Freely chosen text

Surname, “Barn Party”, the date or a welcome greeting. Font, size and light colour are set in the configurator.

Construction

The lettering is made of hand-bent LED neon flex mounted on clear, contour-cut acrylic. Supplied are a dimmable EU power supply, the clear connection cable and mounting hardware. Budget about two to three weeks for manufacture and delivery. Warranty: 24 months.

A barn wedding sign propped against wood

Barns rarely allow drilling into the beams, so “The Richters” leans against a pallet instead of hanging, and can be moved between a hay bale and a ladder in seconds during the celebration. On rough-sawn wood, warm white light picks up the yellowish tones of the boards, while cool white tends to just turn everything grey.

  • Leans rather than hangs, wherever drilling into beams or walls isn't allowed.
  • Repositions between a pallet, ladder and hay bale in seconds.
  • Picks up the yellow tones of rough-sawn wood under warm light.
  • Adjusts easily to uneven barn flooring without extra hardware.
  • Afterwards, the piece usually finds a second home once the party is over.
